Board of Supervisors

Since 2007, Simavi has a governance structure that puts daily management in the hands of an executive management, and a Board of Supervisors that supervises the management and general operations. Two members of the supervisory board specifically monitor the finances and internal quality assurance. Apart from having a supervisory task, the Board also acts as a sounding board for and a source of inspiration to the daily management. At request, its members also deploy their individual knowledge and network for Simavi.
