Relay for World Mothers

The Relay for World Mothers reached its final destination on September 27th in front of the Dutch parliament in The Hague. The purpose of the Relay for World Mothers -an initiative of health organisation Simavi- is to have as many Dutch people stand up for MDG5. With this public support, the Relay for World Mothers urges the Dutch government to continue investing in maternal health in developing countries.
